"One great guy"
Last week passing through Montgomery Al. I need a new tires. Demarus Johnson Ass. Mgr went why out of his way to help me out. He help me unhooked my trailer held my dog, got me in right now. Sold me 4 tires. Was not a pushy salesman. Very courteous. Hard to find a person like this in todays world. Thanks you so much for making a bad situation Good, Tom Molnar

“Very easy! Typically I call my local store if I have a problem, but they do have an 800 number. 1 (800)-385-3322”
